Oak Offering
An intimate offering for mothers who desire support in the postpartum time, with care beginning as early as 48 hours after birth. Offerings can include: meal planning and preparation, herbal infusions, nourishing tinctures, warming elixirs, breastfeeding support, moxibustion treatment, warm oil massage, pelvic / vaginal steaming, scar tissue remediation, castor oil pack preparation and somatic experiencing to ground gestational, birth and postpartum experiences.

Postpartum Care
Closing the bones
A tender holding for mothers who wish to close the energetic space of body and mind following the expanse of pregnancy and birth. This guided meditation honours the teachings of Clara Alfaro Peña as shared with me. Clara was a grandmother, Midwife and healer from the state of Gunajuato, Mexico. During this ceremony, nine points on the mothers body are held and honoured with traditional rebozos.
